You will be responsible for managing a team of Community Managers.
As a Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives at all platforms, to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard a team of Community Managers
- Lead and oversee a team of community managers
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Support our Head of Social with the Community Management Guidelines
- Liaise with other team to optimize processes and on strategic initiatives that drive user growth, engagement and retention
- Back up Community Managers when they are not available
- Synthesize insights from community interactions
- Work with the Data Team in analysing community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Work with the Data Team in monitoring and analysing community performance to ensure agreed KPIs are being met
- Surface critical issues and points of friction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in running or managing online communities
- Proven work experience in copywriting
- Experience managing teams in different locations is a plus.
- Nativelevel communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Attention to detail, criticalthinker and problemsolver
- Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
- Good organization and timemanagement skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and ability to multitask
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Nice to have: Automotive industry experience
- Bonus: Strong second language, automative industry experience
