¿A quién estamos buscando?
Buscamos profesionales con formación universitaria en Derecho o Administración y Dirección de Empresas que, además, puedan contar con formación en Compliance.
Una experiência en el sector asegurador, despacho de abogados o consultoría será necesaria para el desempeño con éxito del puesto.
El uso de Excel es habitual por lo que se necesitará aportar un nível avanzado en el uso de esta herramienta.
Conocimientos jurídicos en derecho de seguros, así como, conocimientos en protección de datos y prevención de blanqueo de capitales. Además de un nível de inglés (B2) que permita comprender legislación internacional y la comunicación oral. También será muy positivo dominar el idioma italiano.La persona seleccionada, deberá aportar una clara orientación al cliente interno, resiliencia y capacidad de autodesarrollo. Habilidad para hablar en público.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
El perfil de Compliance, tiene como misión la de velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa, así como, monitorizar los riesgos legales de la compañía, llevando a cabo propuestas de control y mitigación del riesgo.
Realizar el seguimiento, desarrollo y propuesta de mejoras del sistema de gestión de riesgos normativos.
Analizar las novedades normativas tanto de legislación nacional como internacional que resulten de aplicación a REALE y preparar notas e informes legales acerca del cumplimiento de estas disposiciones legales, reglamentarias y administrativas de diversos ámbitos (Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales, Protección de Datos, Mercantil, Tributario, Laboral, etc.).
Facilitar asesoramiento al cliente interno de las distintas áreas de negocio, dando soporte y resolviendo consultas y dudas en materia de cumplimiento normativo y especialmente en materia regulatoria, protección de datos, prevención de blanqueo de capitales y sostenibilidad.
Preparar o participar en la preparación con los equipos de formación de las ponencias, charlas o píldoras formativas en materia de Cumplimiento Normativo y colaborar en la formación a la red interna en materia de conflictos de interés, sostenibilidad, protección de datos y prevención de blanqueo de capitales haciendo posteriormente el oportuno seguimiento del cumplimiento a de los equipos formados.
Revisar la documentación correspondiente a productos de seguros tanto de Reale Vida como de Seguros Generales y dar soporte a las áreas técnicas para el cumplimiento en materia de gobernanza de productos.
Colaborar con la función de Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales a través de la revisión de operaciones, redacción de requerimientos, seguimiento de acciones acordadas, elaboración de informes ante operaciones sospechosas, análisis de PRPs, mantenimiento de la relación con proveedores externos y apoyo en la elaboración de informes.
