Funciones y actividades principales:

  • Predicar con el ejemplo: el huésped es nuestra prioridad número 1. Coordinar diferentes departamentos con el fin de asegurar una experiencia de alta calidad y crear una excelente actitud de servicio.
  • Estar visible para el huésped en todo momento y ayudarle a resolver sus dudas.
  • Asegurar que las solicitudes específicas de los huéspedes durante el proceso de reserva o su estancia sean atendidas y garantizar que todas ellas reciban respuesta.
  • Asegurarse de que los requisitos específicos son correctos y coordinarlos con el departamento correspondiente.
  • Coordinar junto con el Gerente General la selección de atenciones especiales y supervisar su correcta distribución.
  • Reservar y gestionar las solicitudes de servicios tanto internos como externos (reservas de restaurantes, alquiler de coches, masajes, etc.).
  • Demostrar un excelente conocimiento de los huéspedes frecuentes, teniendo en cuenta sus preferencias de forma proactiva durante su estancia y en futuras ocasiones.
  • Estar en contacto con los huéspedes para saber cómo ayudarles aún mejor en sus próximas estancias.
  • Ser el Embajador de la Marca.
  • Tener un profundo conocimiento de las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, así como del equipo que hay detrás (Experiencia del Chef, etc...).
  • Mantener un contacto directo y frecuente con los huéspedes, especialmente durante los momentos más importantes de

su estancia (desayuno, almuerzo, cena, pausas para el café, check in, check out.....) explicando detalles memorables e historias detrás de escena.


  • Fidelizar y promocionar al cliente a través de la mejora de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por el hotel (BRILLIANT BASICS y más).
  • Ser el mejor anfitrión que los clientes hayan experimentado durante una estancia en un hotel.
  • Buen nivel de inglés y francés
  • Habilidades y técnicas de venta
  • Buena presencia, don de gentes, empatía y trabajo en equipo.
  • Excelente atención al cliente y experiencia en gestión de quejas.
