The Customer Service Agent role at a prestigious airline is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring a mix of customer service expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to improving the passenger experience. This position involves direct interaction with passengers and ensuring the smooth running of daily airline operations, making it a crucial element of the airline's success.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will be diverse:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and actively support customers by addressing their inquiries via phone or email.

Requirements
  • You are expected to have a thorough command of both Italian and English, both in written and spoken forms.

Benefits

Starting Date: June 3rd

3-week training, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm

Work schedule: Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm (2 weekends off per month)

Shifts: 8 am to 4 pm, 12 pm to 8 pm

We provide:

  • €1461 gross per month

Additional Benefits:

  • Rotation bonus of €70 gross per month
  • Productivity bonus of up to €340 gross per month
  • Total monthly salary of up to €1871 gross
