Customer Service Agent position at a prestigious airline is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a blend of customer service expertise, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to enhancing the passenger experience.

The role not only involves direct interaction with passengers but also ensures the smooth operation of daily airline activities, making it a vital part of the airline's success.

  • We expect you to have a perfect command of the Italian and English language, both written and spoken.

Benefits:

Starting date:
June 3rd

3 weeks training from monday to friday, from 9am to 5 pm

Monday to sunday from 8am to 8pm (2 weekend off per month)

shift: 8 am to 4 pm - 12 pm to 8 pm

We offer:

  • 1461 € gross per month

Plus:

  • Rotation bonus 70€ gross per month
  • Bonus of productivity up to 340€ gross per month
  • Total salary up to 1871 € gross per month
