Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
- Monitorear y controlar: programar y desarrollar los sistemas HIL y soluciones de automatización de ensayos para la validación y verificación del software de la ECU siguiendo las metodologías de la Alianza
- Proponer y desarrollar nuevas soluciones de ensayo en los sistemas HIL en acuerdo con los homólogos en NML, basado en los requerimientos de los proyecto actuales y futuros
- Gestionar la comunicación diaria con los homólogos de NML/Renault/RNTBCI para asegurar que los requerimientos de desarrollo de los sistemas HIL son cumplidos respetando las fechas de entrega acordadas
- Coordinar y soportar al equipo de desarrollo para alcanzar los objetivos de proyecto y reportar periódicamente el progreso a la gerencia
- Desarrollar y establecer proyectos
HIL:
definición de hardware y creación de modelos ambientales basados en los requerimientos de proyecto
- Identificar oportunidades de automatización de ensayos y desarrollar soluciones para mejorar los procesos de validación y verificación de software
- Reportar periódicamente a NML sobre el progreso de los desarrollos y problemas
- Reportar periódicamente en el foro de la Alianza de ingeniería avanzada de sistemas HIL
- Comunicación transversal con los departamentos en relación para asegurar el desarrollo efectivo de las soluciones
- Calidad consistente en las entregas y liderazgo en un entorno muy exigente
- Motivación para trabajar en equipo y liderazgo
Conocimientos y experiência:
- Conocimiento sobre control y arquitectura de proyectos EV, HEV y ICE de la Alianza
- Preferible formación a nível Máster en Ingeniería
- Experiência previa en desarrollo de proyectos HIL y soluciones de automatización de ensayos usando plataformas dSPACE
- Experiência en diseño de software basada en modelos y desarrollo de modelos ambientales con Matlab/Simulink. Otras herramientas de simulación son valoradas
- Experiência en programación orientada a objetos e integración de API usando Python. Otros lenguajes de programación son valorados
- Experiência en metodologías de desarrollo agiles y gestión de proyectos con SVN/Git
- Experiência usando la herramienta PLM ARAS
- Experiência con protocolos de comunicación: CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet y LIN
- Experiência usando CANalyzer, CANoe y programación CAPL
- Experiência trabajando con módulos ETAS, software INCA y prototipado rápido
- Experiência en el entendimiento de arquitecturas eléctricas y electrónicas
- Experiência en validación y verificación de software de ECU
- Experiência con arquitecturas EMS de la Alliance, Nissan and Renault
- Nível alto de Ingles / Frances es valorado
- Alta capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
- Orientado a los objetivos de la compañía
- Alta capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar personas
