About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Calibration Engineer to join our powertrain calibration team at AVL Iberica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality calibration solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement calibration methodologies to improve the calibration process
  • Perform chassis dyno or engine bench testing to validate calibration results
  • Conduct road testing to validate calibration in real-world driving conditions
  • Collaborate with the team leader and clients to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or similar
  • 0-3 years of experience in powertrain calibration
  • Knowledge of powertrain and engines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
