Powertrain Calibration Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute calibration tasks within specific domains of powertrain calibration, focusing on emissions, GPF, and foundational calibration techniques.
  • Innovate calibration methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the calibration workflow.
  • Conduct chassis dynamometer or engine bench evaluations based on designated calibration responsibilities and project requirements.
  • Perform road tests to validate calibration under real-world driving conditions, including necessary test trips aligned with project calibration responsibilities.
  • Provide updates to the team leader and stakeholders throughout the project development phase.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
  • Holds an engineering degree or equivalent; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with powertrain systems and engine mechanics.
  • Strong sense of accountability, goal-oriented mindset, and collaborative skills.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities such as Formula Student is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Matlab is desirable.
  • A valid driving license is required.
