Nuestro cliente, grupo líder en el sector e-commerce, que está en un proceso de expansión, busca incorporar al General Manager para Francia, España, Alemania, UK, Benelux e Italia.

En dependencia del Presidente del Grupo y en coordinación con las otras direcciones de BU tendrás que liderar la organización y sus equipos.

Funciones principales:

  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de desarrollo comercial. Una vez adoptada, la despliegas y acompañas a los equipos comerciales, con el objetivo de aumentar la facturación, el margen bruto, la cartera de clientes, el desarrollo de servicios, la fidelización de clientes y los resultados financieros de la BU.
  • Dirigir y animar los recursos de la BU Europa (Francia, España, Alemania, Reino Unido, Benelux, Italia, Portugal) Compuestos por equipos comerciales generalistas (PYME, mercado medio, grandes cuentas), del equipo comercial especialista (equipo de videoconferencia compuesto por un pre-venta y un encargado de negocio), del servicio al cliente, del departamento de Administración de Ventas y del Servicio de Postventa, aseguras el seguimiento semanal del pipeline de clientes con sus gerentes y la implementación de planes de acción. También gestionas las reuniones comerciales mensuales.
  • Construir los presupuestos anuales que correspondan a la estrategia de desarrollo decidida. Determinas los principales objetivos y los distribuyes entre los diferentes servicios a tu cargo, eres el/la garante de la P&L.
  • Internamente como externamente, eres embajador(a) del desarrollo de la compañía, dirigiendo especialmente las direcciones de marketing, compras & cadena de suministro, digital.
  • Construcción y presentación de los planes de negocio y planes de marketing y su implementación junto a los comerciales así como hacia los clientes.
  • Garantir la estrategia de precios de los diferentes países, en colaboración estrecha con el gerente de precios internacional, especialmente en lo que respecta al Web
  • Participación y gestión de las Revisiones de Negocios con los socios, así como la participación en ferias profesionales o eventos del Grupo
  • Contribuyes a la elaboración de la estrategia de la oferta y a la creación de sinergias con otras entidades del grupo y juegas un papel clave en la implementación de nuevas herramientas digitales.
  • Formación superior en Management en escuela de negocios o equivalente y con una experiencia significativa en un puesto equivalente, eres un(a) verdadero(a) líder con sólidos conocimientos en marketing/web (eCommerce).
  • Imprescindible tener un nivel nativo de francés, español e ingles.
