Account Executive - Q-Commerce

We are proud to present you with the opportunity to join a global q-commerce company.


Given their exciting and progressive growth plans, our client is looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to come and join their global business, based in Barcelona.


In this role, you will also find sales opportunities, follow up on leads in a timely manner, build relationships, understand customer trends, close the sales process with a signed contract, and hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue.


They're growing fast, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced business who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge, and wants to make a big impact.


What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the business development, sales and marketing teams to identify priority target accounts and keep those top of mind
  • Establish relationships with industry executives, pitching Pattern's business model and value to ecommerce brands and properly onboarding them into the Pattern Referral Program
  • Collaborate with executives to identify business opportunities with their networks and audiences
  • Analyze and report on executive partnership initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Manage complex contract and business negotiations and work with legal counsel as required

What you'll need to be successful:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce or quick-commerce sector
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and have a passion for building something new.
