HR MANAGERFunciones:
Supervisión de las actividades del departamento de Recursos Humanos, garantizando el cumplimiento legal de todas las gestiones, con soporte externo de gestoría.
Trabajar con estrecha colaboración con las áreas de dirección para impulsar las prioridades de desarrollo de negocio. Participar del proceso de selección y contratación de nuevos empleados. Desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas de RR. HH dentro de la estrategia de la empresa. Mediación entre los empleados y la dirección de la empresa, haciéndose cargo del área laboral con soporte externo. Supervisión de un sistema de evaluación del trabajo y planes de formación que promueva el desarrollo de los empleados. Promoción de una cultura de empresa y un entorno de trabajo positivos. Coordinar el área de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, en coordinación con empresa externa. Control horario y supervisión para el cumplimiento de la norma. Optimización de procedimientos internos de la compañía.Requisitos:
Experiencia como Responsable de RRHH (perfil generalista)
Experiencia en Selección/ Recruitment y Portales de empleoExperiencia en gestión de proveedores externos (Mutuas, Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, ...)Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos.
Profesional dinámico, capaz de trabajar en entornos rápidos y cambiantes, con elevado volumen de trabajo, excelentes habilidades comunicativas, iniciativa y proactividad y trabajador/a organizado/a y metódico/a.
