Your Role


The prime purpose of this role is to provide best in class technical support to our customers in Spain for our large range of Industrial and Scientific products and related services, both for Edwards & Atlas Copco brands.

In addition the job holder will be required to provide support to the internal stakeholders (sales, service and customer care teams) for all kind of technical questions and to proactively manage the warranty process.


To succeed, you will need
Technical support to customers and to the Internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Customer Care)

  • Receive customer and team inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Search for technical solutions and respond to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with Divisional Product Management / technical support in order to get the required information and solutions
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and productivity of sales, service and customer care teams by providing support and solutions for all kind of technical questions
Local Warranty Officer

  • Coordinate customer complaint process
  • Liaise with Service Technology Center (STC) and/or Product Company by sending reports, photos and comments
  • Provide technical solution to customers and internal team
  • Evaluate the case in collaboration with Field Service engineers and / or STC and make warranty decision.
  • Stay up to date on technical information, changes and updates
  • Providing trainings to customers, distributors, and to the Internal stakeholders


Degree Level
  • High School or University Degree in Engineering or Technical and Scientific disciplines
  • Two or more years of related professional experience

Knowledge Areas:

  • Technical expertise, combining mechanical, electrical and industrial processes
  • Experience in the Vacuum Industry will be beneficial
  • Aspiration to keep up to date with latest technical developments
  • Critical Skills (Atlas Copco 9 Core Competency based evaluation)

Other requirements:

  • Spanish mother tongue, excellent verbal and written English required.
  • Portuguese, French or Italian will be a plus
  • Confident in interaction with end customers
