Como parte del servicio de atención al cliente, te responsabilizarás de hacer el seguimiento del pedido desde su ingreso en el RP hasta la llegada del producto a las instalaciones del cliente.
Funciones:
- Gestión administrativacomercial de los clientes existentes nacionales e internacionales.
- Registro en el RP de la empresa de toda la información relacionada con el cliente y sus ventas.
- Ser el canal de comunicación y nexo de unión entre el cliente (una vez cerrada la venta) y el área de producción y logística.
- Seguimiento diario de los pedidos en curso.
- Atender las necesidades del cliente, desde el cierre de la venta hasta la entrega en perfecto estado del producto; tramitación de pedido, resolución de dudas e incidencias, reclamaciones de calidad, etc.
- Trabajo con plataformas logísticas de clientes y utilización de aplicación EDI para el seguimiento programas de clientes
- FPII o superior
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en puesto de índole comercial.
- Nível C1 de inglés y Frances.
- Muy valorable tercera lengua extranjera.
- Muy valorable conocimientos y experiência de trabajo con RP
