**ÜBER DIE ROLLE**

Wenn Du nach einem spannenden Aufgabenfeld mit internationalen Kollegen suchst, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Unser **Customer Success Manager** (m/w/d)** ist Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in allen Fragen des Commercial Operations. Folgende Aufgaben bereichern dabei Deinen Arbeitstag:

- Vorantreiben des Revenue Performance Managements (Akquisition, Kampagnen und Überprüfung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Key Account Managern (m/w/d), Projektmanagern (m/w/d) sowie mit unterschiedlichen Teams (Delivery, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Content)
- Reporting (KPIs, Akquisitions
- und Engagement-Kampagnen-KPIs)
- Durchführung von internen User Acceptance Tests
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

- Drive revenue performance management (acquisition, campaigns and review).
- Close cooperation with our key account managers (M/F/d), project managers (M/F/d) as well as with different teams (delivery, marketing, product management, content)
- Reporting (KPIs, acquisition and engagement campaign KPIs)
- Execution of internal user acceptance tests
- Analysis and implementation of customer requirements
