Your tasks:

  • Contact person for managers and employees for all matters relating to the employment relationship
  • Consult and support our managers and employees in all HRrelevant topics, especially regarding recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits in international and specific country contexts, payroll processes in close cooperation with local payroll providers as well as labour law and social security issues
  • General data maintenance of HR tools and lists (incl. SAP, time recording tools, etc.) as well as creation of evaluations of various HR report
  • Interface and collaboration with the Centres of Expertise teams on all aspects of the HR arena and projects, e.g. employee survey, rollout of employee benefits, salary and bonus evaluation, etc.
  • Act in a flexible work environment and adapt structures and processes according to the situation
  • Lead and develop the HR Team for the region Southern Europe, currently Spain, Italy and Greece

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or business psychology or a comparable qualification with focus on human resource management
  • Professional experience with 3 to 5 years in an international environment, leading HR teams in various countries
  • Experienced in partnering with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish or Italian
  • Quick perception, independent working style and handson mentality as well as resilience and flexibility
