Tu misión principal será supervisar el equipo de Guest Service de manera que se asegure la correcta satisfacción de los clientes durante su estancia en el establecimiento, obtener información de la insatisfacción que pueda generarse a los mismos y ser el enlace entre los huéspedes y la dirección del hotel.

Tus funciones principales serán:
- Asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia
- Distribuir la información de los servicios disponibles en el hotel.
- Atender de manera personalizada a los clientes VIP del hotel.
- Organizar, citar y atender las diferentes visitas guiadas o Fam Trips.
- Solucionar en la medida de lo posibles las quejas o peticiones de los clientes siempre que no impliquen cambios de habitación.
- Asesorar en la venta de diversos servicios adicionales, como reservas en restaurantes, alquiler de barcos, transfers o coches de lujo.
- Mantener un libro de acciones e incidencias actualizada por día y turno con todo lo que sucede para dejar constancia en caso de incidente.
- Supervisar el conjunto de actividades del departamento y del personal a su cargo.

Requisitos:
¿Qué esperamos de ti?:
- Estudios de grado en Turismo.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar, valorándose especialmente aquella adquirida en hoteles de 5* y/o en el sector lujo.
- Conocimiento de la isla.
- Inglés a nível alto, valorándose muy positivamente otros idiomas.
- Nível avanzado de ofimática (paquete Office y programas de gestión hotelera).
