En el equipo de marketing estan buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Innovation Marketing Manager
El equipo de marketing es el encargado de aportar valor a las ofertas comerciales, vigilar las nuevas tendencias y aplicar las herramientas digitales para el bien de sus comensales.
Si eres especialista en Marketing B2B, la orientación de los planes de marketing es muy diferente, por lo que el trabajo en el departamento es muy variado. Buscan una persona que impulse la innovación y sea motor de cualquier proyecto de transformación digital.
¿Cómo ayudarás a cumplir su propósito?
Buscando nuevas tendencias de mercado y creando nuevos conceptos de restauración para ofrecer oportunidades de negocio de valor añadido para clientes actuales o futuros.
Aterrizar a su sector los nuevos conceptos en Restauración, en cuanto al modelo, imagen, servicios diferenciales, digitalización...
Aportar ideas y primeros briefings para generar nuevos conceptos. Buscar proveedores y soluciones para su desarrollo e implementación hasta la puesta en marcha. Contactar y negociar con posibles futuros partners, empresas, start-ups y emprendedores (DNAs, acuerdos de cesión, POCs, solicitudes de autorización...)
Apoyar al equipo comercial en la preparación de ofertas con valor añadido en Innovación. Realizar la búsqueda de soluciones para peticiones a medida para ofertas de nuevos clientes (nuevos modelos, servicios digitales...), y defender la oferta delante del cliente si se requiere.
Detectar y dar apoyo en la implementación en los centros de las mejores soluciones para la digitalización de nuestro cliente de restauracion organizada (apps, pantallas digitales, contadores de personas, etc) de acuerdo con las necesidades de Marketing, Comercial y Operaciones, y con el apoyo del departamento de IT.
Organizar eventos y canales para impulsar y potenciar la innovación interna continua entre los diferentes equipos, y canalizar la innovación y best-practices del Grupo internacional.
Asistir a ferias, congresos, o ponencias, en representación de la compañía en Innovación.
