El Project Manager es responsable de la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de eventos de principio a fin, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos del cliente y los estándares de calidad de la agencia.

Esta posición requiere habilidades excepcionales de organización, habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle y liderazgo para asegurar que todos los eventos se desarrollen sin problemas y superen las expectativas del cliente.


Requisitos:

  • Imprescindible ser nativo en francés o alemán, dominar el inglés hablado y escrito y tener un buen español a nivel de conversación (B2) ( NO se tendrán en cuenta las candidaturas que no cumplan estos requisitos).
  • Experiencia en el sector de la hostelería, eventos o viajes es un « plus ».
  • Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
  • Excelentes capacidad para trabajar en equipo ( pero capaz de tomar sus propias decisiones y responsabilidades).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
  • Actitud: proactividad, resolución de problemas, flexibilidad, resistencia al estrés
  • Ganas de aprender, con una mente creativa y crítica
  • Capacidad de organización y orientación al detalle
  • Multitarea y cómodo con los retos «no rutinarios"
  • Informática: Paquete Office (aplicaciones adicionales o conocimiento de CRM sería un « plus »)
