About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects within our Port Service business area, focusing on the inspection, repair, and modernization of heavy machinery.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Sales and Tender Preparation: Play an active role in project sales actions, prepare and submit bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
  2. Resource and Project Planning: Plan and manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  4. Cost Control and Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
  5. Field Execution and Follow-up: Oversee the execution of projects in the field, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  1. Technical Background: Hold a technical engineering degree or equivalent experience in project management.
  2. Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the heavy machinery sector.
  3. Language Skills: Fluently speak and write in English, with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Availability: Be available to travel frequently and reside in or around Valencia.
