We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en creatieve Project Manager die onze klanten kan adviseren en ondersteunen bij het vinden van de perfecte drukwerk- en merchandise-oplossingen. Als Project Manager bij HelloPrint ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klanten door het hele proces, van het adviseren over druktechnieken en materiaalsoorten tot het opstellen van offertes voor grote en maatwerk bestellingen.

Wat je doet:
  • Je bent de spil in het web tussen onze klanten en leveranciers en zorgt dat alle grote orders vlekkeloos verlopen;
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met onze klanten, zodat ze op de hoogte zijn van de voortgang en ten allen tijde 100% tevreden zijn;
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om de marge te verbeteren en bij te dragen aan een verhoging van de omzet van deze zeer waardevolle klantengroep;
  • Je geeft advies aan klanten over verschillende mogelijkheden met betrekking tot druktechnieken en materiaalsoorten, maar biedt ook hulp bij alle vragen over de te leveren bestanden;
  • Je stelt offertes op voor alle grote en maatwerk bestellingen die we ontvangen.

  • Je hebt een commerciële en creatieve houding, je bent overtuigend en neemt graag het initiatief;
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met stress. Je weet hoe je aanvragn tegelijk moet aanpakken;
  • Je hebt een vastberaden mentaliteit. Je geeft niet op totdat alle klanten 100% tevreden zijn;
  • Je bent een doorpakker en je kan zelfstandig werken;
  • Je hebt een liefde voor print en/of merchandise-producten; van papier tot textiel en van promo tot verpakkingen.
