Grupex es una empresa de ingeniería especializada en el diseño de maquinaria para prefabricados de hormigón, con una sólida presencia en Latinoamérica. En la actualidad, nos encontramos en un emocionante período de expansión y crecimiento, tanto en términos de mercados como de producción, lo que se refleja también en nuestra necesidad de ampliar nuestro equipo.

Tareas
  • Investigación de mercado: Analizar tendencias y demanda para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Análisis de la competencia: Evaluar fortalezas y debilidades de competidores clave para mejorar la posición de la empresa.
  • Desarrollo de estrategias: Colaborar en la creación de planes para expandir la presencia de la empresa en nuevos mercados o fortalecerla en los actuales.
  • Apoyo en actividades de marketing: Contribuir en la creación de materiales y campañas para promover los productos de la empresa.
  • Asistencia en la gestión de ventas: Ayudar en la identificación de clientes potenciales y en la preparación de propuestas comerciales.
  • Participación en proyectos especiales: Contribuir en iniciativas específicas para mejorar procesos o expandir la empresa.Apoyo administrativo: Asistir en tareas diarias como gestión de documentos y comunicación interna y externa.
Requisitos

Se requiere experiencia sólida en el manejo de software de oficina, incluyendo el paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y herramientas de colaboración en la nube como Google Drive (Google Sheets, Slides). Además, se esperan habilidades básicas en informática para el desempeño efectivo del puesto. Si bien no es un requisito obligatorio, se aprecia considerablemente el conocimiento previo, la experiencia o el interés demostrado en la industria correspondiente, lo que puede enriquecer significativamente la contribución al equipo y al cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales.

La posición de Business Development Intern se centra en contribuir al diseño y ejecución de estrategias de crecimiento de la empresa, incluyendo investigación de mercado, análisis de competidores y otras actividades clave. Además, el puesto implica asistir en las tareas administrativas diarias que son esenciales para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de nuestros procesos empresariales.
