We are currently on the lookout for a proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Spain. This pivotal role revolves around bolstering our presence in the healthcare HIS/ERP realm through strategic market analysis, spotting new avenues for growth, and establishing crucial partnerships.

Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies and blueprints to meet growth targets in Spain
- Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint fresh business prospects and industry trends
- Analyze competitor tactics and sector advancements to guide business decisions
- Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers
- Negotiate enhancements in integrations with third-party providers
- Finalize product and commercial alliances with healthcare providers
- Secure complex strategic deals with insurance and hospital clients aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate closely with sales and product development units to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving business objectives
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and ensure goal attainment
- Provide commercial assistance to partners in Latin America and engage in sales discussions as needed
Qualifications
If you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or business-related fields, preferably supplemented with a master's or MBA
- Possess a total of 4 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in business development management for B2B (Experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or similar is advantageous)
- Have expertise in the insurance and hospital markets
- Demonstrate knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs from a business perspective
- Previous exposure to consulting, partnerships management, or project management is desirable
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
- Are results-driven, adept at negotiations, and can establish rapport with senior decision-makers
- Are fluent in English and Spanish

Additional Information
How does the selection process work?
- 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team
- 60-minute interview with the Team Leader
- Completion of a Business Case within one week
- 45-minute presentation of the Business Case to the Team Leader and Global Managing Director
