En tu misión como Business Development Leader será fundamental para impulsar el crecimiento, desarrollo y logro de objetivos estratégicos de nuestra empresa.

Al gestionar proyectos de manera efectiva y colaborar con equipos interfuncionales, contribuirás al éxito y crecimiento de nuestra organización, ayudándonos a alcanzar el siguiente nível.




¿Cómo lo harás?

  • Definirás hitos estratégicos y colaborarás con el equipo.
  • Implementarás acciones con apoyo del Consejo Patrocinador.
  • Coordinarás y alinearás requisitos comerciales.
  • Liderarás equipos para cumplir plazos y entregables.
  • Establecerás y seguirás indicadores clave.
  • Gestionarás evaluación de riesgos y asegurarás éxito del proyecto.
  • Comunicarás actualizaciones regularmente a partes interesadas.
  • Manejarás presupuesto y recursos eficientemente.
  • Fomentarás cultura colaborativa y apoyarás al equipo.
  • Documentarás procesos y mejorarás continuamente.



¿Qué te hará triunfar en Brico Depôt?

  • Tener un título universitario relevante.
  • Contar con al menos 3/5 años de experiência en proyectos minoristas.
  • Demostrar habilidades de liderazgo y buen trato interpersonal.
  • Destacarte por tus habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Ser capaz de resolver problemas de manera creativa.
  • Estar familiarizado con herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocer el sector minorista, especialmente en servicios de empresa minorista.
  • Hablar español e inglés con fluidez, y saber portugués es una ventaja.
  • Terminar tus proyectos a tiempo y con éxito.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto y los indicadores de desempeño.
  • Mantener una buena comunicación con todas las partes interesadas.
  • Gestionar eficazmente el presupuesto y los recursos del proyecto.
