We are looking for an experienced professional to be responsible for achieving sales targets of our accommodations portfolio in various markets. If you are prepared to excel, we are ready to guide you through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the sales team's potential to hit objectives
  • Lead a large sales team to achieve growth and targets
  • Assign leads and manage pipeline distribution among team members
  • Coach team members and monitor performance regularly
  • Organize training sessions and support in pitch preparation
  • Build strong customer relationships and adapt sales strategies
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition
  • Ensure smooth sales processes and optimize procedures
  • Recruit and onboard new team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Tourism or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales in the Hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Results-oriented with track record of meeting sales targets
  • Organizational skills and Salesforce knowledge (a plus)
