7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4. 7.About the role As a Legal Recovery Specialist, you will providesupport to all legal activities carried out in the Payment Support department, including litigation, communication with law firms and courts, drafting and reviewing legal documents.
What challenges you ́ll be solving Manage and maintain quality standards in all client communications. Detect inconsistencies or errors in operations. Propose process improvements. Support tasks and processes linked to the Payment Support team. Draft and analyze legal documents. Analyze economic solvency for extrajudicial payment agreements. Evaluation of debtor solvency profile for the processing of write-offs. Processing solvency reports before the courts.
