We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Foundation For Recovery. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on marketing strategies and tactics
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (B2)
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication (plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify relevant information
