About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted consultant to onboard customers and develop PPC campaigns
  • Understand customers' needs and goals, and be responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability
  • Handle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls
Requirements:
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills
