Job Title: Dutch Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

At Recruitment Direct, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with assigned clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Detect and understand client needs and objectives
  • Responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize own day
  • Native level of Dutch and high level of English
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
  • Permanent Contract
  • Relocation package: flight ticket, accommodation, private health insurance, and 2 or 3 weeks of intense introduction training
