About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns, driving business growth and increasing spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions
  • Drive business growth through upselling and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong desire to meet productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize your day
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Client-focused and keen interest in customer interaction
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year in bonus
  • Long Term Contract

  • 3 weeks of intense introduction training on products and specific sales training
