Misión del puesto
El Assistant Entertainment Manager apoya al Entertainment Manager en la adaptación, desarrollo y supervisión de la estrategia departamental establecida en el hotel, comprometiéndose a lograr la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente y la optimización de los recursos económicos y humanos bajo su responsabilidad.
¿Qué buscamos?
- 2 años en una posición similar en el sector hotelero.
- Titulación universitaria, preferiblemente Turismo u Hostelería, Marketing o similar.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Conocimientos de programas de deporte, wellbeing/wellness, infantiles y artísticos.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión hotelera.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Capacidad de dirigir e inspirar un equipo.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Organización y planificación.
- Inglés Avanzado. Valorable un tercer idioma.
