In this role you will support the Spanish regional marketing manager in raising awareness of Personio to the businesses community for the purpose of generating long term, sustainable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of Spanish campaign plan; This will include everything from working with the internal teams to aligning on messaging and product, adapting and localizing this for the Spanish audience and activating the campaign across channels in order to support pipeline targets.
- Working alongside the Growth Regions lead to develop and activate a brand campaign. This will involve working with the brand agency and collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure alignment. Testing and optimizing messaging and channels to drive continued improvement in awareness and engagement.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure they are briefed on campaign activation and feeding back on what's working and what's not.
What you need to succeed:
- Native Spanish speaker
- Good copywriter content creation will be part of this role. We have agencies to support, but the role will need to plan content, working with the PR agency and internal teams to deliver this.
- We run a busy events programme, and while we have a dedicated agency and events manager, events need to be integrated into the key campaigns so some support will be required.
- Experience of Hubspot and Salesforce
- Stakeholder Management: We work with multiple Spanish agencies, including CRM, PR, Content and Brand, this role will be heavily involved in managing and briefing these agencies so experience of doing this in a previous role is vital.
- Analytical skills: The ability to review metrics and create a narrative around marketing performance.
- B2B marketing experience
