We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for existing B2B clients, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.
Working closely with the UK B2B Business Development Manager, the role will liaise with colleagues across the Top Doctors group to handle the coordination of activities required to deliver the customer contracts and ensure the accuracy and functionality of what is being delivered.
By maintaining a close working relationship with the customer, it is expected that this role will be key in identifying new opportunities and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, leading to contract renewal and/or upgrade.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact every customer at least once a month
- Resolve customer issues within an agreed timescale/SLA
- Achieve an agreed level of customer satisfaction based on annual/biannual survey
- Ensure that all customers are using the TD/iWGC platforms for reviews
- Regularly check accuracy of profiles and their Google ranking and report any that are not performing as expected
- Maintaining uptodate and accurate data on each customer's hospitals, consultants etc and ensuring that the data correlates with Dynamics
- Lead on implementing API connections with customer systems
- Coordinate the Medical Secretaries project
- Help coordinate relationships with partners e.g. Cambridge Graduate Society, PHIN
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge acquired in similar functions.
- Previous experience in commercial and product marketing functions.
- Ability to work under supervision and adapt to new tasks with a period of adaptation.
- Effective communication and customer relations.
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic, file management, record keeping and invoicing.
- Native level of spoken and written English.
