Tareas


Como Growth Marketing Manager, tendrás la emocionante responsabilidad de impulsar el crecimiento y la visibilidad de Efimero Club a través de estrategias de marketing digital altamente efectivas.


Responsabilidades principales:

1.

\_Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de crecimient_o:

Serás responsable de concebir, implementar y optimizar estrategias de marketing digital que impulsen el crecimiento de la base de usuarios y maximicen la retención.


2.

Análisis y optimización de datos:

Utilizarás herramientas de análisis web y métricas clave para comprender el comportamiento de los usuarios, identificar oportunidades de mejora y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.


3.

Colaboración interdepartamental:

Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos producto, diseño y contenido, para alinear las estrategias de crecimiento con la visión general del negocio y garantizar una experiência de usuario cohesiva y atractiva.


4.

Gestión de campañas de marketing:

Serás responsable de la creación, gestión y optimización de campañas de marketing digital de alto impacto, incluidas aquellas relacionadas con SEO, ASO, y otras tácticas de adquisición y retención de clientes.


5.

Mentalidad emprendedora y creativa:

Fomentarás una mentalidad de experimentación y creatividad dentro del equipo, buscando constantemente nuevas y radicales formas de alcanzar y cautivar a nuestra audiencia objetivo.


Requisitos:

Pasión por la moda

  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en un rol de growth hacker o marketing digital, preferiblemente en empresas de moda.
  • Muy valorable experiência como PR, creando campañas y contenido.
  • Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de analítica web, así como experiência en SEO, ASO y otras tácticas de marketing digital.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, demostrando una mentalidad proactiva y emprendedora.
  • Curiosidad intelectual y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera creativa.
  • Capacidad demostrada para encontrar soluciones creativas y diferenciadas en un entorno altamente competitivo.
