About the role:
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing teams in Portugal, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Internal Request Forms (IRF) management for selected Healthcare Professionals' interactions, events, and activities. Keeping close relation and communication with key stakeholders of the IRF process in Portugal.
- PR (Purchase Requisition) and Purchase Order (PO) management. Responsible for ordering products or services for a third party.
- Manage Portuguese invoices and follow up on payments.
- Undertake other administrative activities as assigned by the Business Support Team Lead, including organizing logistics for events and supporting documentation, such as Infarmed reporting.
What are we looking for?
- A graduate in Law, Tourism, Compliance, Business Administration, or related administrative studies.
- 13 years of previous experience in service supportoriented roles.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English.
- Highly organized, with experience in meeting and event planning being valued.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problemsolving and customerservice orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
