- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business development initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed.
- Prepare annual budgets for various business units, ensuring that financial plans are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance business partner or similar role, preferably with experience in financial accounting.
- High level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and Excel platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of resilience and adaptability.
