What you'll be doing?_**- Handling inbound calls, consisting of booking requests, cancellations, amendments, and customer enquiries
- Identifying sales opportunities in every call by understanding our customers' needs
- Influencing and persuading customers to make reservations now, not think about it, and call back later
- Upselling rooms and crossselling extras, such as breakfast and Wi-Fi, to increase revenue
- Working within talktime targets to deliver minimum calls per hour
- Constantly improving product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers
- Dealing with general customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, always trying to spot sales opportunities
Requirements:
_ What skills & experience you'll bring to us?_
- Be fluent in English (fluency in Spanish would be a great plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous call centre, customer service, or other customerfacing experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to deal professionally with challenging calls and difficult situations
- Excellent ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ascertain customer needs
- Sales experience would be a plus but not required
- High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- A strong work ethic and team spirit
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and accurate data capture skills
- TIE/would be needed for UK residence
Benefits:
What do we offer?
- Contract: Temporary contract for 2 months (1month probation period)
- Fulltime: (39hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Rotating schedule, 3 pm to 11:30 pm, 5 days a week, rotative between Monday to Sunday
- 2 weekends off per month
- Sunday working: 13€ extra
- Extra pay: after 10:00 pm around 1,60€ euro extra per hour
- Salary: Based on16,500€ per year + weekly performance bonus up to 60€ per week
- Holidays: 2 holidays per month
- Work model: Hybrid 1 day a week from the office/4 days working from home
- Training: 1 week from the office (_la Sagrera_)
- Start date: ASAP
