Nuestro perfil ideal cuenta con:
Más de 3 años liderando equipos de ingeniería con éxito y colaborando activamente con product managers en el desarrollo de productos de software.
Pasión por el crecimiento de equipos de trabajo y desarrollo individual.Experiencia en desarrollo y diseño de sistemas distribuidos y escalables.
Contar con conocimiento profundo de buenas prácticas en ingeniería de software (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing).Contar con un nivel de inglés alto ya que vas a trabajar con un equipo multicultural.
