Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Levi's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to achieve sales targets, optimize store layouts, and enhance customer experience.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and managers.
- Monitor Performance: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Best Practices: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to ensure consistency across all stores.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
