Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in La Coruña, Spain. As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss Co., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Motivate and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Control costs and optimize store operations, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance, providing regular updates to the District Manager.
- Analyze commercial data to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans to achieve KPIs.
- Assist with team training and development, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
- Recruit and induct high-caliber team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with experience in managing employee relations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
