Hybrid Work Model
Job Description:
As SOE Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering S&OE modelling outcome, with short & middle term overview and suggest new way of work, supported by strong technical knowledge.
Using the experience and knowledge, you should be able to support and guide the more junior's analyst, as this role will be leading a team of 5 direct reports.
- SOE Models Update (3 Months Horizon), Q Fcst & Budget.
- Month End Generation & Other Monthly Reports
- 3 months Production Plan / Purchases Plan generation / Flow Plan analysis & Signoff
- Supply Chain Ad-Hoc Studies
- JDA Training/Maintenance
- Monthly Reporting management
Qualifications:
Supply Chain Master / S&OP training would be highly evaluated
Experience:
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain as Operational Subject Expert Matters
- Experience in IT Project Implementation as super User
- Relevant experience in S&OP tools and process
- Microsoft, SAP, Visual Basic, JDA or similar inventory and forecasting tool, S&OP Tool
Languages:
English and Spanish fluency

- 7 years
