Our consultants deliver on high-profile and technically challenging projects, ranging from corporate sustainability to Net Zero, Climate Change, and Renewable Energy services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Sustainable Product and Supply Chain (SP&SC) team across multiple countries in the Business Unit, including line management of consultants.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure each proposal and project is adequately resourced, and individual team members are supported to achieve their overall contribution statements.
  • Monitor BU performance, providing feedback to the BU Partner Lead and owning changes to meet financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to address under/over resourcing, deploying underutilized staff to billable work across teams.
  • Assist Partners in building effective teams, maintaining a current hiring plan, and providing regular feedback on hiring needs to the HR team.
  • Contribute to the development, growth, and management of a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to junior consultants.
  • Oversee the engagement and drive performance management, coaching, and development of each team member, ensuring promotion internally within the team.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across the team and participate in DE&I initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Achieve personal and team UB targets.
  • Forecast hours, review timesheets vs forecast, and approve time sheets (where appropriate) on a weekly basis.
