Hunting :
Prospección sistemática de potenciales clientes alineados con la estrategia de la Dirección Comercial S eguimiento de la calidad del servicio que se presta a cada cliente, coordinando y ofreciendo soluciones cuando sea necesario Organización de visitas y reuniones de seguimiento con el cliente, para verificar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio prestado.
Involucrar, construir y mantener contactos clave y relaciones con los clientes.Alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos mensuales y trimestrales.
Trabajar de manera transversal con los equipos de la compañía para completar con valor el proceso de ventas.
Requisitos Estudios:
Universitarios o similares.
Experiencia de más de 4 años en posiciones similares o vinculadas al sector asegurador (venta, suscripción...)
Habilidades:
Alto nivel de interlocución Perfil comercial acostumbrado a vender servicios y productos a las direcciones de área de las compañías Habilidades relacionales/interpersonales.
Venta consultiva.Conocimiento y experiencia en el mercado asegurador, preferiblemente desde la posición de bróker.
Empatía, asertividad y proactividad.
Alta orientación a objetivos.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
