Desde Quantica Renovables, parte del grupo empresarial Hanwha Energy e Imagina Energía, estamos buscando incorporar a nuestro equipo Head of Sales B2B

Quantica Renovables es una empresa consolidada en el ámbito de la ingeniería solar que cuenta con más de 6.000 proyectos ejecutados tanto para empresas como para hogares. Somos una empresa líder en el sector de instalación de sistemas de autoconsumo solares y estamos buscando expandir nuestro equipo comercial en España.

Formación y conocimientos:

  • Formación en Energías Renovables.
  • Conocimiento en ventas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 7 años en puestos comerciales.

Funciones principales a desempeñar:

  • Gestión de equipo de comerciales B2B: supervisión y dirección de responsables de ventas regionales. Coordinación y motivación del equipo, responsabilidad de reporte y comunicación con la dirección.
  • Responsabilidad del proceso comercial completo en su zona ante clientes finales para la contratación de plantas fotovoltaicas en empresas
  • Generación de cartera de proyectos directos: Responsabilidad del proceso comercial completo ante clientes finales
  • Análisis y filtrado de oportunidades generadas por el equipo de comerciales. Orientación y focalización en los modelos de negocio y productos estratégicos de la empresa.
  • Planificación de estrategia comercial y de desarrollo con su equipo en la zona de responsabilidad
  • Gestión administrativa de necesidades y condiciones del equipo de comerciales B2B a su cargo
  • Identificación y gestión de relaciones estratégicas en su zona con Partners, clientes, colaboradores, administración.
  • Identificar nuevos nichos de mercado y líneas de negocio. Gestionar propuestas de nuevos modelos de negocio del equipo comercial
  • Actualización y formación en tecnologías relacionadas con autoconsumo fotovoltaico, normativa aplicable, fórmulas de mercado y análisis de competencia
