Por lo cual, buscamos un Sorting Center Operation Manager, para nuestra sede central Española en San Fernando de Henares, #Madrid. Sobre esta oferta:Asegurar un liderazgo claro y eficiente en la operativa, supervisando el desempeño de y eficacia de las operaciones, asegurándose de que se cumplen todos los estándares operativos adecuados. Proveer formación a al equipo de ser necesario, y evaluar y mejorar continuamente la adecuación y eficiencia de todas las actividades de la operativa del Sorting.Emplear el análisis de datos, llevar a cabo métricas e identificar oportunidades/posibilidades continuas de mejora de procesos, simplificarlos, aumentar la eficiencia y disminuir los errores, con el objetivo final de aumentar la capacidad de procesamiento.Establecer y mantener programas que garanticen la calidad del proceso de clasificación de paquetes, así como llevar a cabo inspecciones y auditorias para verificar la misma. Ante problemas o quejas de los clientes, investigar y resolver cualquier dificultad que disminuya dicha calidad, por ejemplo, a través de planes de prevención o correctivos. Diseñar y gestionar programas de formación para el personal de operaciones, asegurando la calidad de los protocolos de trabajo. Mantener un registro adecuado de las iniciativas de mejora y proceso de control de calidad, así como generar reportes periódicos del desempeño de la operativa y presentar los hallazgos de mejora al equipo de operaciones.
Los requisitos para optar a esta posición son los siguientes:Grado en ingeniería, estudios de logística, cadena de suministro, o temas relacionados.Fuertes habilidades de análisis y capacidad de toma de decisiones. Un liderazgo claro y muy altas habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.Experiencia previa demostrable en una posición similar.
