Descripción del empleoWorking with the local teams and support functions, the Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible to develop and implement complex selling strategies to achieve operating plan metrics of revenue and margin growth across their assigned accounts or geography.

The Senior Sales Account Manager implements and maintains the necessary structure and operating rhythms, reporting and business processes to identify, track, negotiate and close targeted opportunities in line with the defined strategy.

The candidate is expected to be focused on retaining the existing business, develop partnership and personally lead sales opportunities in the assigned accounts or geography.


Essential Responsibilities:


Coordinate the management of the assigned accounts (prices, methods, value delivery model, approach, negotiations, external and internal reporting,...)Develop and implement complex selling strategies to achieve operating plan metrics of revenue and margin growth across their assigned accounts and other defined growth initiatives.

Lead and drive the development of the full portfolio of CMS including Integrated Solutions and digital to create value across the defined accounts or geography.

Generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support the growth plan.

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in assigned accounts, with the economic C- level buyers, as well as with key operations and technical influencers.

Prepare Blue sheets for the assigned accounts and key sales opportunities.
Execute on the Iberia strategies across the defined accounts.
Sell the value of the VEOLIA WTS portfolio at C-levels.
Build a value offering aligned with the operational, commercial and environmental targets of the assigned accounts.

Implement and maintain the necessary structure and operating rhythm, reporting and business processes to identify, track, negotiate and close targeted opportunities in line with the defined strategy.

Lead a virtual team of account management selling professionals to best support and deliver value to the assigned accounts at the site levels.

Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring our service is delivered to their satisfaction.

Compile, assess, and effectively communicate relevant economic, market, competitive data to assess our aggregate opportunity and competitiveness in the market place.

Coach the team members in advanced sales techniques needs, such as Strategic Selling and Negotiation.

Ensure all opportunity commercial deals meet the Company profitability expectations and service level agreements are in-line with Area resource capability.

Work with the direct line manager to assess all commercial methods for the key opportunities.

RequisitosQualifications/Requirements:
Preferred Chemistry degree or equivalent scientific qualification.
Availability to travel within assigned area, including overnight stops.

Possession of driving license requiredDesired Characteristics:
Proven track record of successfully developing and closing large opportunities at New Customers.
Comfortable selling and presenting to the highest levels within the Customer operation.

Strategic and C-level selling track recordsGood organizational, communication & interpersonal skillsStrong new business sense with effective consultative capability able to leverage client relationships and influence decision criteria.

Ability to negotiate successfully with Economic buyers and Senior Procurement personnel.
Minimum 10 years' Water treatment experience and direct sales success across a broad range of Industries.
Highly agile and able to work successfully in a matrix organisation.
Goal oriented self-starter.
