Position: Team Lead Drafting - CAD Designer
As a Team Lead Drafting, you will be a key part of the construction team in Spain and report directly to the Construction Manager.
Your main goal is to manage and distribute the team's workload, represent the department and oversee projects. This includes creating layouts and plans for new store constructions, such as distribution plans, installations (lighting, etc.), facades, sections, and all necessary elements for licensing requests and construction, ensuring compliance with Action's standards and relevant regulations for each project.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Team Management
- Supervising a team of Drafters
- Managing the department's workload
- Attending national and international meetings
Design
Surveying spaces and graphic representation.
Creating construction drawings for store buildings.
Maintaining and expanding contacts with external suppliers and engineering firms by providing them, if necessary, useful information to ensure a high-quality final product.
Developing the initial layout that can be used to subsequently create the complete store project.
Administration
Managing the storage of drawings and other relevant information available in the systems.
Supporting the process of obtaining all necessary authorizations from public authorities.
Efficiency
Providing information, recommendations, and improvements regarding daily practices related to procedures, work methods, and organizational systems used in the department.

Our Real Estate Department defines Action's strategy for the continuous growth of our organization. We analyze the most suitable locations to host our stores and determine the required distribution network. The acquisition/expansion team focuses on finding the spaces leased for each new store, the construction team on designing and maintaining new and existing stores, while the support team ensures our connections receive effective support.

Skills
- Proficiency in professional-level drawing software (AutoCAD is a requirement) and demonstrated work experience in the real estate sector.
Experience in team management
