**Cosa stiamo cercando**

Un professionista SDR di riferimento per il team SDR, che trasmetta la sua esperienza, fomentando la sua fiducia e che sia fonte d'ispirazione.
Insieme al team SDR, si occuperà di qualificare i lead e di scoprire le opportunità di mercato, principalmente attraverso chiamate, inoltre accompagnerà il team nel raggiungimento dei suoi obiettivi e parteciperà all'onboarding dei nuovi colleghi.
Dovrá essere in grado di individuare le capacità e le competenze del team e aiutarlo a concentrarsi sul proprio sviluppo professionale.

**Quali saranno le tue funzioni**
- Avere una conoscenza dettagliata delle offerte Twenix.
- Aiutare il team di Market Research a condurre ricerche di mercato e identificare potenziali clienti sul mercato Italiano.
- 70% del tuo tempo sarà dedicato a supportare e motivare il team di SDR, il 30% alla prospezione (i tuoi obiettivi saranno pertanto il 30% di quelli del resto del Team di SDR).
- Supervisionare le prestazioni, l'addestramento e lo sviluppo della strategia di un team di 5 SDR.
- Condurre corsi di formazione 1:1 e di gruppo con il tuo pod SDR, se necessario, per garantire il raggiungimento dei KPIs e tenere traccia delle principali metriche di riferimento.
- Raccogliere e mantenere le informazioni sui potenziali clienti nel database CRM.

**Must have**
- Italiano madrelingua (Inglese e Spagnolo sono un plus).
- 2-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa come rappresentante senior per lo sviluppo delle vendite SaaS che desidera far progredire la propria carriera come leader nello sviluppo delle vendite.
- Track record costante di raggiungimento o superamento della quota trimestrale per almeno 3 trimestri.
- Esperienza di lavoro sia su canali inbound che outbound.
- Passione per la collaborazione, coaching e vedere gli altri progredire - capacità di condurre sessioni di formazione per SDR.
- Esperienza nella gestione ravvicinata delle prestazioni del team SDR, inclusi coaching, formazione, sviluppo della strategia, valutazione del mercato e della persona.
- È preferibile l'esperienza con gli strumenti CRM (Hubspot è un plus)
- L'esperienza lavorativa o di vendita nel settore delle risorse umane, dell'apprendimento e dello sviluppo, dell'istruzione è un grande vantaggio.
- Dimostrazione di forti capacità interpersonali con la capacità di interagire efficacemente con vari livelli di gestione, personale e di clienti.
- Forti capacità organizzative e di project management.
- Mentalità da self starter e motivato/a a imparare e crescere come leader delle vendite
- Interesse a lavorare in un ambiente collaborativo e internazionale :)
