We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for BCNonwovens, an entrepreneurial family business founded in 2002 focused on manufacturing and marketing spunlace roll goods.

They supply their products globally to the baby wipes, personal care, home care, medical care and technical markets.

Located:
Barcelona

Task - Plan, manage and control all sales related to his accounts, fully coordinated with the Sales Director and aligned with the profitability, the politics and strategies of the Commercial Department objectives. The aim is to assure our client expectations in terms of quality, costs and service offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibilities:
  • Farm and develop customer portfolio to reach company objectives.
  • Build prospect plan according to company strategy.
  • Price negotiations and agree on commercial conditions with its clients following company's commercial policy.
  • Analyze and understand competitors' landscape on each market segment.
  • Follow up accounts solvency, in terms of pricing and receivables.
  • Determine and implement quarterly customer visit plan.

Strategic responsibilities:

  • Analyze and propose new product developments.
  • Participate in trade shows to identify new business opportunities.

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Optimal coordination with Customer Service team to support and secure its customer portfolio requirements

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen to understand and follow up business results.

Requisitos:

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Department. Similar industry is a plus.
  • Education: preferably Master Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Office advanced level.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken (C1).
  • Others: mobility (aprox. 25%)
