We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager to join the Revenue Operations team The revenue Operations (also known as Go to Market Operations) is a global operations team aligning automation, analytics to drive business growth.

We drive and provide support to the marketing and sales teams. We engage with front line sales to drive revenue.

This role is a full-time position based in Barcelona.

As the lead member of the Deal Desk Team, you will be the trusted sales advisor to execute complex deal structures and contract terms.

Think critically and proactively to continually improve processes and synthesize information from multiple sources to drive contract execution, and deal closure.


What you will do:

  • Advise senior level decision makers by deriving insights from pricing and deal structure trends across regions and product sets.
  • Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness to speed up deal execution
  • Build guardrails around, and align your team with, standard business practices.
  • Manage and assist the sales team with nonstandard deal requests, structuring sophisticated deals, negotiations, and driving crossfunctional and cross solution teamwork.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholder relations to provide Deal Desk pointofview as required by internal guidelines. Establish key business relationships across the Legal and Controllership functions to proactively align with ongoing dynamic business activity.
  • Understand products, pricing, and contracting at a detailed level.
  • Provide structured performance management and development for the Deal Desk team.
  • Create an independent identity for Deal Desk as a business partner.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Solid experience/ demonstrable track record in driving operational and improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations including time in at least one high growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interpret, clearly articulate, handle objections, and appropriately debate difficult issues related to deals.
  • Strong process thinking and technological creativity to drive continuous improvements to the Deal Desk organization.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with global teams.
  • Enthusiasm for people leadership and development.
  • Solid experience working with SFDC; excellent with common Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to process a high volume of information with accuracy and integrity
