Requisitos:
Sensibilidad por el área y todas las características inherentes a una posición en donde se gestionan competencias.
Capacidad de análisis, espíritu de equipo, facilidad para trabajar con todo tipo de perfiles profesionales, visión estratégica y de negocio.
Accesible, habilidad para negociar y ser capaz de argumentar. Profesionalidad y discreción.Licenciatura Superior, a nivel de Psicología, ADE, RRLL o similar.
Se valorará un máster especializado o MBA.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un rol similar, como responsable de talento en una Compañía estructurada y orientada al desarrollo de personas.
